Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property of Crea Clarity & Somatic Serenity—including training modules, course materials, audiovisual content, and written documents—are the exclusive property of Crea Clarity & Somatic Serenity and are protected by copyright and other laws.
It is strictly prohibited to use, copy, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written permission.

Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the material solely for personal educational purposes. Commercial use of the material is not permitted. Unauthorized use or violation of our rights will be prosecuted.

Liability

By participating in activities, workshops, or retreats organized by Crea Clarity & Somatic Serenity, you agree to the following:

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses incurred during participation.
You agree to indemnify us and our staff against any claims arising from your participation, including any negligence on our part.
Participation is entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your physical and mental health.

Important:
Activities may involve risks. Ensure a safe environment and do not participate in potentially dangerous situations (such as in water or while operating vehicles). If you have any doubts about your health or a specific exercise, please contact us.

By participating, you declare that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are in good physical and mental health.
You understand and accept these terms.

In case of emergency, you grant permission to medical personnel to provide necessary assistance and accept responsibility for any associated costs.

Safety First

When practicing holosomatic bodywork therapy:

Only do so in a safe environment.
Respect your physical and mental boundaries.
Stop immediately if you sense danger and report it to an instructor.

Cancellation

To ensure a smooth service and fair agreements, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations by the Client

More than 48 hours in advance:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may reschedule or cancel free of charge. Any fees already paid will be fully refunded.
Less than 48 hours in advance:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, 50% of the cost will be charged.
Same day or no-show:
If you cancel on the day of the session or do not show up, the full session fee will be charged.

Cancellations by the Organization
If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible. Any fees already paid will be fully refunded or credited towards a new appointment, according to your preference.

Cancellations for Group Sessions, Workshops, or Courses

More than 14 days in advance:
If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, the full amount will be refunded. Please note: Any paid deposit is non-refundable.
Between 14 and 7 days in advance:
If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the start date, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
Less than 7 days in advance:
If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, no refunds will be issued.
