An Art Therapy Experience
Bring Your Practice to Life with Creative Therapeutic Tools

The visual creative language conveys information that is stored both consciously and unconsciously within ourselves.

The Masterclass

For coaches, therapists, educators and caregivers

Participants learn how to interpret the stories behind artistic expression, like the colors, shapes, and patterns that emerge naturally when creating. These visual elements often reveal feelings and thoughts that are hard to put into words, opening a pathway to deeper self-understanding and healing.

By engaging in art-making, you not only express your conscious thoughts but also connect to unconscious parts of the mind. This process supports the body and mind together, allowing emotions, memories, and beliefs to surface in a gentle, safe way. Movement from creating art to connecting with the body through breathwork and grounding exercises helps to release tension and integrate new insights.

This experience is designed for coaches, therapists, educators, and caregivers who want to enhance their work by adding creative tools that support clients beyond traditional conversation.

No previous art skills are needed, as the focus is on discovery and awareness rather than producing “artworks”. The creative process is paced to feel safe and nurturing, making space for each person’s unique story.

In these sessions, you will learn to read and work with the language of imagery, understanding how visual elements reflect inner themes. You’ll be guided on how to help clients safely explore these images and move from paper to body, using breath and mindfulness to deepen connection. The process also involves re-imagining and reworking images to symbolize new perspectives and healing pathways.

The masterclass and sessions offer practical tools for emotional regulation, stress relief, and enhanced creativity, all grounded in a trauma-informed approach. Participants leave with a deeper awareness of how art and somatic practices work together to foster healing and growth.

Collaboration and tailored “Work With Me” sessions are available for businesses, groups, and individuals.

Whether it’s a team workshop to reduce stress and build resilience, a professional training for integrating creative methods in your practice, or a personal journey of healing through art and body awareness, each program is customized. Together, we start with a conversation to understand your goals and shape the experience to fit your audience and needs.

Feel free to book a call so we can explore your expectations and design the best fit for your context.

I always tend to talk about 'Creative freedom/Healing'

It’s not just about art or expression; it’s a deep connection with yourself. When you dare to create freely, without judgment or limitation, you break through inner blocks and discover who you truly are. Creativity opens the door to self-expression.

Extra info

As we express ourselves through drawing, painting, sculpting, and more, we can consciously reflect on what we create.

At the same time, the symbols, colors, shapes, and patterns we use can also reflect unconscious emotions, memories, and thoughts. Learning to question and analyze this unconscious visual language takes practice and interpretation.

It provides deeper insight into what you already have within you and what still needs development. It reveals your certainties and insecurities.

By then incorporating bodywork, starting from a drawing, a person becomes aware of behaviors or postures in specific situations, which helps to feel how change is possible. This process not only aids in healing old wounds but also in reconnecting with your inner strength and potential.

In the drawing, you can add these changes, allowing a new image, feeling, or thought to emerge. This renewed image can be stored internally by the client (for example, through visualization).

This approach can reach and heal places that are sometimes difficult to access through traditional talk therapy.

By working mindfully with the materials*, through their body, clients connect with their emotional world, intuition, shadow sides, unconscious knowing, and repressed traumas. - Sounds like magic, doesn’t it?

How can something exist that reveals our unconscious knowing?

*Note: “materials” here refers to the creative mediums used, such as clay, paint, etc.

“Do I need to be creative to follow this therapy?”

Art therapy is not exclusively meant for people who are naturally considered “creative” in the traditional sense, such as drawing, painting, or other art forms. The purpose of Art therapy is precisely to use a broad range of expressive methods as a tool for self-reflection, communication, and emotional processing.

Here are some reasons why you don’t need to be creative and how it works:

  • Personal Growth: Art therapy isn’t about making masterpieces, but about exploring feelings, thoughts, and experiences. The process itself is central, not the final product.

  • Self-Discovery: Art therapy provides a structured environment to better understand yourself. It’s about discovering what works for you and finding new ways to cope with challenges.

  • No Judgment: In Art therapy, there is no right or wrong, beautiful or ugly. What matters is what is personally meaningful to you. There is no external evaluation of your creations.

  • Expressing Emotions: Sometimes words are not enough to describe feelings. Creative healing offers an alternative way to process emotions non-verbally.

  • Breaking Through Blocks: Both emotional and physical blockages can be released through creative expression.

  • Increasing Self-Awareness: The creative process can provide insights into unconscious patterns and underlying themes in your life.

  • Reducing Stress and Tension: Focusing on art and expression helps bring about a state of relaxation and mindfulness.
